The room was luxurious and the bed was extremely comfortable! The service was flawless and even attended to minor concerns that we had. We there there in celebration of our engagement and it was a pleasant surprise to find a bottle of champagne chilling...  

The whole complex was very well maintained, the breakfast was very extensive but also a bit too expensive.

The location of this place is amazing, just a short walk to Kapalua Bay, which was exactly what we were looking for. The room was well-equipped and spacious, with everything we needed like a terrace, iron, and phone. 🌴

The room was well-appointed and large with a view when I arrived. The breakfast selection was well priced with my eggs. The location couldn't be more beautiful close by including at the Honolua general store.

Convenient location close to local shops and restaurants, as well as popular areas like Kaanapali or the town nearby. Breakfasts are reasonably priced here and they make some great eggs! The pool is really nice, and they offer on-site parking 😊.

The service was impeccable. When the staff learned we were on our honeymoon, they upgraded us and sent champagne to our room. The grounds are beautiful and the location is a wonderful alternative to the over crowded kaanapali area. It embodies relaxation, which is exactly what we needed on the last stretch of our honeymoon. At the same time, it's close to all of the islands attractions, and minutes from some great snorkeling and swimming sites. The only thing is that it is in the north so in the winter, they do get rain and high winds. Weather wasn't ideal but still beautiful and if you drive a bit south the sun is shining.

The Ritz-Carlton Maui in Kapalua is the upscale hotel of choice in Lahaina. It is a perfect venue with beautiful facilities. The hotel is conveniently close to the golf course and a great beach for swimming and kids playing in shallow water. There are lots of dining options in the hotel, including a signature restaurant.

Its location is absolutely stunning and amazing, situated in a quiet area with a lovely Ritz shop nearby! 🌟

The hotel has comfortable and well-equipped rooms with a separate sitting area and a bedroom, along with a lovely garden that I really enjoyed.

The staff here were super friendly and nice, making us feel really welcome. They kept everything pretty clean and in top shape. The room was nice, with two comfy double beds 🌟. It was a good size, and had everything we needed.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and our room was fantastic. The location was lovely and the staff treated us amazingly well.

The breakfast could have been better with a wider variety of options.
